One golfer record connects the tee sheet, the register, the member account, the scorecard and the app. Here is what Sovara Golf™ is being built to do.
Tee sheet
In development
The sheet every staff member sees, live, on a desktop, tablet or phone. The pro gets the full grid. The person at the register gets a one-column counter view of who’s next, who’s unpaid and who’s late.
9, 18, 27, 36 or 54 holes, with rotations
Shotguns, blocks, leagues and lottery holds
Drag and drop across days and courses
Check-in at the counter, a kiosk or by phone
Carts, caddies, rentals and waivers on the booking
Weather delays that shift the sheet and text everyone
Starter, ranger and marshal screens for outdoors
Full change history on every booking
Tee sheet. Design prototype, sample data.
Booking and pricing
In development
A booking engine under your name on your website and in your app, with prices that follow demand inside the floors and ceilings you set. Golfers always see the whole sheet and the price they will actually pay.
Booking widget for any website
Book for the group and split the bill by text
Demand pricing you approve or put on autopilot
Junior, senior, resident and military rates
Waitlist that texts golfers when a time opens
Reminders and no-show rules you control
Promo codes, packages and prepaid deals
No convenience fees added at checkout
Dynamic pricing. Design prototype, sample data.
Pro shop
In development
A register built for golf. Check-ins arrive from the sheet with the green fee already on the cart, next to the merchandise, rentals, passes and gift cards.
Quick keys for green fees, carts and rentals
Inventory with sizes, colors and serial numbers
Purchase orders, receiving and counts
Rain checks, returns and house accounts
Gift cards that work at every register and online
Online store for merchandise and gift cards
Pro shop register. Design prototype, sample data.
Food and beverage
In development
Tables, the bar, the turn and the beverage cart on the same system as the tee sheet. A golfer’s tab follows them from the cart to the grill.
Floor plans with courses, seats and firing
Kitchen display screens
Order to the turn from the golfer app
Beverage cart sales on a phone, on course
Split checks by seat or by amount
Member charge and spending minimums
Food and beverage. Design prototype, sample data.
Payments
In development
Card processing comes with the software, so every register, kiosk, cart terminal and online checkout settles the same way, and every fee is itemized on the statement.
One record per golfer across every course you run: rounds, spend, passes, handicap, preferences and consent. Sell season passes, punch cards and memberships with automatic billing.
Season passes, punch cards and annual plans
Automatic monthly billing and renewals
Duplicate merging and segments
Buddy lists and suggested groupings
No-show history and enforcement
Text and email consent tracked per golfer

Private club
In development
Switch a property to semi-private or private and the club screens appear: the member lifecycle, statements and receivables, minimums, lotteries, dining and the rest of the club.
A scoring engine of our own, built into the tee sheet. Club events, leagues, outings and casual games all score in one place, on any phone, with boards for TVs and cart screens.
An app published under your course’s name. Golfers book, check in, order, score, pay and keep up with the club. Members get statements, dining and the directory too.
Arrival mode within range of the clubhouse
Change players, holes or carts without calling
Course hours, map, amenities and who to call
Club feed, events calendar and messages
Wallet for passes, gift cards and rewards
Round recap with stats to share
Marketing and loyalty
In development
Email, text and push campaigns that read from the same golfer record, so a lapsed golfer gets a come-back offer and an empty afternoon gets filled without a spreadsheet.
Automations for birthdays, lapsed golfers and slow tee times
Campaigns with bookings counted, not just opens
Points, tiers and rewards across every course
Surveys after the round and reply from one inbox
Review requests for happy golfers
A person to talk to on every automated message
Marketing. Design prototype, sample data.
Events, outings and activities
In development
From the first inquiry to the payout. Tournaments, charity outings, weddings and banquets run on the same roster, tee sheet and register.
Event pages with registration and sponsors
Day-of check-in, cart signs and bag tags
Donations, auctions and raffles for charity events
Banquet proposals, menus, deposits and event orders
Lessons, clinics, range and simulator bookings
Payouts to cash, shop credit or points
Tournaments and outings. Design prototype, sample data.
Back office
In development
Reports an accountant would write. The daily close reconciles to the card batch, deferred revenue is tracked properly, and you can ask a question in plain English and get a table back.
Twenty ready reports and a report builder
Daily journal for your accounting system
Passes, gift cards and deposits as deferred revenue
Staff schedules, time clock and tasks
Maintenance logs for the grounds crew
Scheduled reports by email
Reports. Design prototype, sample data.
Multi-course management
In development
Every property in one view, from one database. Set standards in the center and let each course override what it needs to.
